Portable milling is ideal for:
- Large logs that are difficult or costly to transport
- Timber frame projects — mill on-site, build on-site
- Tree service customers with premium storm timber
- Farm and rural property owners
- Anyone who wants to maximize yield from their own trees

Solar Kiln Service
Green lumber warps, checks, and moves. Kiln-dried lumber stays stable. Our solar kiln holds 2,000–2,400 board feet and uses natural solar heat to pull moisture out of freshly milled wood.
| Application | Target MC |
|---|---|
| Interior (furniture, flooring) | 7–8% |
| Exterior (decking, siding) | 12–15% |
Kiln capacity is 2,000–2,400 BF per cycle. Drying times may vary. Contact us to schedule your kiln batch.
What is the maximum width you can cut?
Our Wood-Mizer LX250 cuts up to 54-1/2 inches wide and handles logs up to 55 inches in diameter.
